Sounds affect us either positively or negatively. Noise is bad for our health and reduces our productivity significantly. Good music improves our health, our brain, and our mood. Classical music is the best. Natural sounds like ocean waves and birds’ sounds are very soothing and calming. Make sure also to be in silence for a few minutes every day. It is very powerful.
