Want to Be Truly Happy?

We all want to Be Happy, yet Happiness eludes us because we look for it in the wrong places. Most people don’t know what makes them really Happy. They think that they will be Happy when they get something – a job, a promotion, a new car or
home, a relationship, or more money. While all these things are very important, none of them will make you significantly Happier for a long period of time.

In addition to that, most people confuse Joy with pleasure. They think of happiness as having fun. While I do encourage everybody to have as much fun as they could– as long as it doesn’t hurt—however, having fun is just scratching the surface of Happiness, and it is temporary.

The good news is that almost everybody can learn how to Be Truly Happy, thanks to the Science of Happiness. The Happiness Skills are easy and learnable, and after practicing them for a while, they become habitual, and therefore effortless.

There are 2 types of Coaching Toward Happiness Programs:

The first is standard, condensed, and fast paced, and it focuses on teaching the basic Happiness Skills for Your Body, Mind, and Spirit. It is for people who are eager to learn and committed to apply what they learn.

The second is tailored to suit the client’s needs and wants. It is for people who want to go deeper, heal their wounds, overcome their negative thoughts and emotions, and improve the different areas or their lives: Personal, Relationships, Work and Finances.

This is a 5 weeks program in which you will learn the basic Happiness Skills for Your Body, Mind, and Spirit.

It is a fast paced program designed for people who are eager to learn, committed to transforming their lives, and ready to move to the next level of their evolution.

2. Customized Coaching Toward Happiness Programs:

These programs are usually between 3 to 6 months or longer, and they are tailored to suit the client’s needs and wants. These programs are for people who want, in addition to learning the Happiness Skills, to go deeper, heal their wounds, overcome their negative thoughts and emotions, and improve the different areas or their lives.

This program is for you if you:

  • Have negative thoughts or emotions: if you feel bad about yourself; feel unloved, unappreciated, misunderstood, or lonely; or if you are bored, frustrated, overwhelmed, or hurt; or feel that you are a victim; or if you are angry, fearful, resentful, or stressed most of the time;

  • Are unhappy in any areas of your Life (Personal, Relationships, Work & Finances);

  • Have low energy, or get tired or exhausted frequently;

In these Programs you will learn:

  • How to Feel Good about yourself, and how to deal with Negative Thoughts and Negative Emotions, which is the most important and most effective strategy for a Life-long Happiness;

  • The True Sources of Energy, Vitality, and Zest for Life;

  • The Keys to Finding True Happiness, Meaning and Purpose in Your Life;

  • How to improve any areas of your Present Life (Your Personal Life, Your Relationships, Your Work & Finances).
