Merry Christmas &
Happy New Year 2021!
I wish you a very Happy Holiday Season;
whatever holiday you may be celebrating;
May it be filled with lots of Love, Joy, and Inner Peace!
The winter solstice happens on December 21/22, 2020. This is the astronomical first day of winter in the Northern Hemisphere, and the shortest day of the year. Although the winter solstice means the start of winter, it also means the return of more sunlight.
The Winter Solstice is a celebration of the return of the sunlight. The Sun is the source of all energy: it warms our atmosphere, generates the weather patterns, and gives energy to us and the plants that provide the oxygen and food for all life on Earth.
In the Southern Hemisphere, it’s the opposite: it is the Summer Solstice, and it marks the longest day of the year, which is also an occasion for celebration; a time to connect with nature and with other people as well.
The Solstice holds significance for some cultures, as it signals the changing of the seasons, a marker of time passing, and a time for celebration.
Take some time on the Solstice day to meditate for a few minutes; set in silence, contemplate and appreciate the change of the seasons; go for a walk in nature; and/or have a gathering with family and friends.
I wish you a happy, healthy and blissful time this Christmas! May this Christmas be full of wonderful surprises, great gifts and memorable moments! Enjoy every moment with your family, friends and your loved ones!
I do hope that you will be able to celebrate Christmas this year, as usual or even better, regardless of and in spite of the circumstances and/or any restrictions.
Happy New Year 2021!
May it bring you the fulfillment of your most precious dreams;
May it be filled with Peace in your home and in the World; &
May it be New, in the real sense of the word New
— not the same old year repeated over and over again!
How to have more Joy!
Open Your Heart and practice more Compassion, Gratitude, Kindness and Forgiveness. You will experience more Joy, knowing that you are contributing positively to the energy field of everybody around you. If everybody does this, the whole world will benefit.
A Good Year-End Exercise
Take a few minutes to think about all the events of this ending year 2020. It was not an easy year for most people. However, difficulties and adversities usually bring us some lessons we need to learn. What have you learned?
Take 2 sheets of paper: on one of them, write all the things that you want to leave behind you at the end of the year. When you finish, read the list, then if you wish, you can either keep it as a reminder; or get rid of it; either shred it or burn it, and forget all about it.
On the other sheet of paper, write about what you want to be, do and have in 2021. Keep it and read it as often as you want as a reminder.
My Wish for You!
May You Be Blessed and a Blessing Wherever You Go!
May You Be Happy, Content and Prosperous!
May You have Good Health, a Warm Home, Plenty of Joy, Laughter and close Friends and Loved ones, with whom you can share your many Blessings!
May You Be Safe and Free, and May You Live with Ease!
Above all, I wish You Peace in Your Heart and in Your World!
And May You Make these Values a Priority in Your Life!
