Love is Key to Happiness

Love is key to Happiness. This can be easily understood by looking at The Scale of Consciousness, which was developed by Dr. David Hawkins. The Scale of Consciousness is from Zero, which is the level of physical Death, to 1000, which is the level of Pure Consciousness. On the Scale of Consciousness, Love calibrates at the level of 500, and Joy calibrates at the level of 540. Therefore, to Be in a State of Joy, we must Be in a State of Unconditional Love. As we become more and more Loving, we begin to experience more Joy, which is True Happiness.

What Love is Not

What is True Love?

True Love is pure, expansive, inclusive, unconditional, unchanging, and permanent, because its source is from within, and does not depend on external factors. True Love emanates from the Heart. Love is a high State of Consciousness; a State of Being that is so real that it can be measured by the release of endorphins in the brain. True Love is a powerful Pure Energy that has the capacity to influence and Uplift others.

Your Task, should you choose to accept it, is …

As Rumi said: “Your task is not to seek for Love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” And then, your task is to remove all these barriers one by one until you find Your True Self, Your Essence, which is Pure Love.

Love and Relationships

Most people have challenges in their relationships, mainly because they have unhealthy relationship with themselves. Our relationships with others are a reflection of our relationship with ourselves. When one has a healthy relationship with oneself, one has a healthy Self-Love (Not to be confused with selfishness), and a genuine Self-Respect (Not to be confused with pride), and it is reflected on all of one’s relationships with others. You can NOT give what you do NOT have.

As you begin to cultivate a Healthy Loving Relationship with yourself, by removing all the barriers you have built against it, you will be improving your Health, Well-being and Happiness. In addition to that, you will be improving your Relationships with people who have Healthy Loving Relationships with themselves.
