Most of the time, we are either lost in the past or worried about the future, and that is why most people are unhappy. Happiness can only Be in the Here and Now.

Forget about your past; it only exists in your mind. And while it is important to set goals and have plans for the future, it is equally important, if not more important, to live Fully in the Present Moment. Our life is a long sequence of “Here’s” and “Now’s.” It is a journey where the trip is as important as the destination. So, Enjoy your day, and every bit of it to the fullest without ruminating on the past or worrying about the future and what it will bring! The way we live our days is the way we live our life.

Sometimes, Life can be very challenging, especially in the circumstances we are living right now. However, even in the most difficult times, it is possible to experience more Happiness and less suffering, even if nothing changes in the outside world. The solution lies in changing yourself, in paying attention to your Inner World. By doing so with Love, care and dedication, you truly begin to experience the outer world in a New Way.

As the old wise Sanskrit poem goes:
 

Today well lived makes
every yesterday a memory of happiness
and every tomorrow a vision of hope.
Look well, therefore, to this day.
