When we are at Peace; and engaged with life while feeling relaxed, calm, and safe; our stress level is reduced, our immune system becomes stronger; and we become more resilient, physically and mentally. Our mind becomes clear, focused and less reactive, and as a result, we don’t get upset or disturbed easily. We have more energy to do whatever we need to do. Our overall outlook on life becomes more optimistic; we see the world differently; and our relationships improve.
